This \nevaluation includes a structured clinical interview in which the provider gathers information \nregarding the individual\u2019s thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and any psychological or physiological \nsymptoms currently being experienced. In addition, the provider will review relevant personal, medical, and psychiatric history, \nincluding family history of mental health conditions and current or past use of medications. The \npurpose of this evaluation is to establish an accurate clinical understanding of the individual&#8217;s \nconcerns and to determine an appropriate diagnosis, if warranted. \nHonest and transparent communication during the assessment is essential, as it enables the \nclinician to formulate evidence-based treatment recommendations. These may include \npsychotherapeutic interventions, pharmacological treatment, or referrals to additional supportive \nservices. \nCollaboration between the individual and the mental health provider is central to developing an \neffective, individualized treatment plan that promotes long-term mental wellness and recovery. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2197c82 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2197c82\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Currently, all initial visits and most subsequent are done remotely.
