Request an appointment
Call us or book online and choose a telehealth visit.

Get your link
You'll receive an email or text to complete registration forms before your visit, plus a link to join minutes before your appointment.

After your visit
Any prescribed medication, except narcotics, is sent to your local pharmacy electronically. Visit information can be sent to your primary care provider on request, and you can view it in the patient portal.

Accept the email invite to our patient portal to view your visit information, results and messages.
